About Us
Land Harris Health is a full-practice, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform focused on primary care, acute injuries/illnesses and preventative medicine including primary, secondary & tertiary prevention. The practice aims to improve quality of life by reducing morbidity and mortality through evidenced-based, modern-day medicine.
A valid, non-expired ID (US passport or state-issued ID) for patient verification is required for an appointment. The name and date of birth on your patient profile must match the name/DOB on your ID.
You must be physically located in the state of NY, UT, OH or TN at the time of the visit. These are the only active states Land Harris Health is currently practicing. For prescriptions, the preferred pharmacy must also be located in one of these states. These requirements are compliant with telemedicine regulations.
Only adults ages 18 or over can be treated on this platform at this time. This is subject to change in the future.
Meet Corey
I moved to New York City in 2014 and later completed my graduate studies at Stony Brook University in 2019, officially becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I started my advanced practice career in hospital medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center — a world-renowned cancer institution (ranked as one of the top 2 cancer centers in the nation for 35 consecutive years). The majority of my oncology expertise is in lung cancer. I later started a career in primary care treating mostly young and middle-aged adults.
It had always been my dream to start my own medical practice. With the birth of telemedicine, this dream became a possibility — and then a reality! I am now the grateful owner and sole proprietor of my independent medical practice — Land Harris Health. It is now my mission to restore faith and trust in the broken healthcare system one patient at a time.

Philosophy on Healthcare:
Sincere connections with patients. This is the hallmark of a therapeutic alliance. At Land Harris Health, we have dedicated our careers to providing holistic, empathetic care across the healthcare continuum. As a primary care provider, our role is to be actively involved in patients’ physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This sentiment requires active engagement with patients, listening to their concerns with intensity, and providing thorough feedback with reasonable, evidence-based medical recommendations. This method ensures the best possible treatment plan for every patient encounter.
In our opinion, the provider/patient relationship should be peer-to-peer rather than hierarchical. Shared decision-making empowers patients to be involved in all decisions surrounding their own health.
