Why is my ID required for an appointment?
A valid, non-expired ID (US passport or state-issued ID) for patient verification is required for an appointment. The name and date of birth on your patient profile must match the name/DOB on your ID.
Why is my location important?
You must be physically located in the state of NY, UT, OH or TN at the time of the visit. These are the only active states Land Harris Health is currently practicing. For prescriptions, the preferred pharmacy must also be located in one of these states. These requirements are compliant with telemedicine regulations.
Do you have age restrictions?
Only adults ages 18 or over can be treated on this platform at this time. This is subject to change in the future.
How much does a consultation cost?
There is a $20 non-refundable booking fee to secure an available appointment time. The remaining balance is paid at the time of the appointment. Only debit or credit payments are accepted. Payment is conducted via secure online payment link. I do not accept any insurance plans at this time.
What happens if our appointment runs long?
There are generally no extra charges if time extends past the allotted time frame. However, it may not always be possible to extend past the allotted appointment time.
