These conditions are outside my scope of practice.
Please note: If any this applies to you, you may be instructed to seek care with Psychiatry, a Pain Specialist, or you may be emergently referred to Emergency Services, including a call to 911 if you are deemed risk of harming/endangering yourself or others. If psychosis is present and due to an underlying medical issue, you will likely be referred to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Department for urgent evaluation.
Your appointment is guaranteed to be completed in its entirety, including a clear plan with summary of medical recommendations. If the call extends past the time, there is no charge for this. However, extension may not always be possible; in such cases, I will contact you by phone or secure messaging system at a later time to communicate additional information. As a courtesy, please reply to any portal message to communicate you have received the information.
